5 ways to wake up happy
Oh yeah! It's another Monday and we all have those days when we don't want to get out of bed. Here my ways of getting up with a smile on my face! 😁
1. Find your tunes
Music is my best friend! Listen to your favorite band or singer and rock out to their positive vibes. This may not be the morning for Emo songs but something that keeps you up lifted. This is my fight song!
2. Phone a friend
So what if you're introvert and you don't have many! If it means turning to your cat and asking them how she slept or to your lover and giving them a kiss, make sure you find someone that is close to you you can give love to and more importantly they can give you love back!
3. Breathe in the morning air
Go outside for a second and meditate on the day. It's better than coffee to look around and see that you're still alive, able to breathe and see the sunshine. Even if it's raining or snowing they're still reflections of Life all around you.
4. Mirror Affirmations
I'm worthy, I'm beautiful, I'm strong! Stare at yourself in the mirror and let yourself know not today is your day to make a difference. Each of us has a purpose and don't forget that you are an unique human.
5. Keys, Phone, Wallet, Smile!
This this is how I remember everything I need before I exit my house. You might have something else you need to take, but a smile is what we all need to see in the morning and what we all need to have and have a great day. Don't let anyone get you down today because you deserve to be happy!
